Day 365: A Date

For my last act of love, I took you on a date while our kids were in AWANAS. We went to a Chinese restaurant in town called Red Pepper. Again, we had our youngest, but that was cake compared to having all three. We had excellent service from a very kind server and the food was great. I ordered the lemon chicken and I have no clue what you ordered, though I’m thinking it was something Chinese.

I’m glad I got to spend some quality time with you for my last act of 365 Acts of Love. May it be one in a lifetime of acts of love.

    • Thanks for saying this! I’m sad that it took me this long to complete the blog portion, but proud of myself for keeping up with the acts on time. I’m so excited for my wife to read all of the posts.

  2. Great job keeping at it, I enjoyed following along. What does the future hold for 365 AoL?

    • That’s a great question. As far as what I will do to continue actively loving my wife, that’s coming in my final post (though there will be a post after that written by my wife).

As far as the content of the blog, I may try to turn it into a book. I’m hoping I can find a co-writer whose name carries a little weight. Attempting to do this with the blog was never my intention for writing it. It was always to bless my wife and help our relationship.

Thanks for asking. I have some things in mind. I’m getting a FB group going for men to encourage each other to love their wives. I’m also thinking of turning the blog into a book with the help of some professional marriage counselors/writers.
